Great hotel on the outskirts of Peterborough. Has a bar and restaurant on-site. Clean, warm, and comfortable. Would recommend.

The Milestone Peterborough Hotel
So disappointed. Put me in a room with no heating. Called several times to get an electric heater at the least. They had none. Got told manager was going to local tesco to grab some, that never happened. Constantly called back with no news, they were fully booked so no other rooms available. Ended up speaking to a woman in the end that told me she works in the restaurant, and the manager has gone home then she slammed the phone down on me after giving me attitude. I asked for a refund and had the inconvenience of finding a different hotel at 10.30pm because they had no protocols for these types of inconveniences.

Hotel was OK. Rooms basic but clean, the bar/restaurant service was a bit slow but I won't blame the staff themselves it is the lack of staff that seemed to be the problem. WiFi good and located in a decent position just off the motorway. I'll stay again but I won't be eating there.

Stayed here this last weekend. You can still see the remnants of when it used to be the Premier Inn. I used to stay here a lot when it was the premier inn. The room was nice and clean, the bed is excellent . I was at the far end and couldn't hear any traffic. A nice place to say and good value for money

This hotel is in the middle of no where. Which wasn’t a problem as we had a wedding about 20 mins away which was perfect.Open arrival the building looks very old and beaten (kinda creepy vibes). Receptionist was nice. Got to our room with cob webs and dead flies on the windows. Floor was dirty clearly hadn’t been cleaned very well at all.

Booked the hotel for two nights, amended the reservation a day before I had to stay to 1 night only, been requesting a refund for over a month and 12 days and every time you call them they have a new story to share, last time general manager sent an email that the refund was processed and never received it, upon calling they still didn't have a proper response. I guess this is the worst hotel in Peterborough and would suggest not to book them.
