Needing to sort out a digital photo quickly, I went to Snappy Snaps this morning and all I can say is Lauren was absolutely fabulous. She assisted me in arranging the digital photo as well as helping me print several other photos from my phone. The service, patience and efficiency was outstanding and I would recommend anyone requiring prints to use this service. A truly memorable experience - thank you very much.

Took passport photo today , the person could have taken bit more care to ensure the photo is good and that it has a better lightning, he didn’t even show the photo on camera properly ( a quick shove the camera and didn’t not even give minute) or neither tried to advice on posture.. he was like the photo is acceptable status for in the site. Horrible customer service..

Paid for 120mm development to then be told that getting it sent via wetransfer would cost me £5 extra. I paid as I needed the prints fast. Prints arrived and were heavily scratched and at a low quality. Very dissapointed.

(I believe it's Jamie and JJ..) They have been extremely helpful on both occasions that I visited the shop. 1. Passport photos and 2. VHS to DVD/USB conversions.On both occasions, they delivered amazing customer service. They were knowledgeable on the full scope of services available for the products and efficiently executing what was needed.Although I live closer to other photo service shops, I will definitely be coming here when I need anything on reliability and customer service alone.

Very quick service this week to obtain a passport photo ... The young man was very efficient who served me ...there was no queue when I arrived but 4 people came in after me and they were quickly assisted by 2 other men .... Very polite and helpful..Thank you very much...

We go here for one off prints and passport photos. The self service stations are good. QUALITY of prints 5/5. VALUE 4/5 Obviously cheaper prints and products are available online however, it's instant here and there is someone to talk to if something's not right. SERVICE 4/5. They are all knowledgeable and on the ball. I love that they upload the passport photos to the government website to make sure it meets the criteria before you leave the shop.A little more enthusiasm and smiles could be trained but that's it.

Absolutely terrible service from one particular member of staff when my wife visited yesterday. He just stood there next to the door and watched her struggle to get it open and the pram through at the same time, without any movement or offer to help.Once she was finally in the shop he was short, condescending and rude about the price and service she was inquiring about.Unbelievably, the waste of oxygen then stood there AGAIN and watched her struggle to get the pram out through the door when she left.Will never visit again.
