*22/6/22: Paid £75 deposit to have spa examined due to failure.*27/6/22: Spa examined, new motherboard required. Stated it would take between 3 days and a week to source.*13/722: Following absence of any feedback, called at shop as no response to phone messages. Told they would get back!22/7/22: Had to revisit shop again as still no feedback. Told that their photo had "obscured" the boards serial number so no action taken or any attempt to contact me.I stated that there had been no feedback to myself and that the water had had to be drained to prevent contamination. My deposit was reimbursed.I later searched for and found the correct part in uk in about 10 minutes."

So much choice. Lots of different sizes and ranges. Priced for every pocket. Ok to sit in and try for size. Can arrange a wet viewing too . . . .just bring your cossie!

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would absolutely recommend getting your hot tub from here. So pleased with ours and the after service.

We paid an advance deposit for a swimming pool. But he has walked off the job leaving quite a mess and we ended up having to sue him - he and his partner have now settled out of court. The work quality was good and he had some good quality workers. I would not advise paying in advance given our experience and given the financial difficulties he seems to be facing.
