Amazing customer service. Fair and honest advice (won't try and sell you the most expensive tyres!). I also watched interactions with two other customers while I waited for my vehicle, one of whom was elderly; they were so kind, patient and reassuring. The service I received was great and they advised me to get further advice about a mechanical issue they noticed when replacing the wheels. This is now my preferred supplier!

After being rudely told by my local tyre and MOT centre that they wouldn't be able to fit me in until the following week for a puncture repair, I visited here these guys are amazing no matter how stacked out they are they always try and help you out the best they can obviously remembering why they do the job they do!Thank you so much for your friendy, swift and fairly priced service.

We thought we had a nail in our tyre which needed replacing. It was easy to book an appointment with Ivybridge Tyres, using their online booking system. The team made an assessment and it turned out it was a screw head that had lodged itself into the tyre. The team checked the tyre thoroughly and decided that we didn’t need it replacing. They completed all the necessary safety checks including pressure testing, cleaned the tyre and fitted it back on. Very friendly and very efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone.
