I am currently sorting my mother's estate out and I came to a dead end, mainly confused about what information I need to included when applying for a grant of probate.I contacted Morecambe Bay Wills and Probate for some advice. Nicola is extremely patient and needed to be to handle our complicated situation and barrage of questions. I don’t ever recommend a business unless they have provided exceptional service, Nicola at Morecambe Bay Wills certainly achieved this threshold. Our family is quiet straight forward two adults, two grown up children, two grandchildren. My husband and I had a meeting with Nicola and what I thought would be an easy straightforward exercise, lead to so many questions and decisions, situations we would never ever of considered had we completed an of the shelf Will. You do need a a professional to sort this for you and make you aware of the quirks in British Law. We highly recommend Nicola so much we bought our children grown up gifts of a Will for Christmas we thought they would be dismissive but actually through our positive experience and highlighted certain factors that may happen if they haven't provisioned for it. My son is now the named owner of our family Tortoise who will be here when we are long gone.

The meeting took place in my home. It was quite informal and Andrea was a friendly person who gave a relaxing atmosphere to the proceedings . She led me through the procedure step by step and I found the whole experience comfortable.
