I dealt with Jackie on the telephone. She expertly talked me through how to find the fault with the electric reclining chair, which was almost 8 years old, and instantly knew the part number required. What a gem! The part was ordered and delivered within two days. Excellent service from beginning to end. Why can't all British companies be this good. The chair is as good as new! Thanks to Jackie and her company.

On Thursday evening the 22nd June the motor on my reclining chair was damaged. I sent an e-mail to the company requesting help. First thing the next morning I received an e-mail reply from Jackie White at Phoenix. By Friday night my spare part was on it's way to be delivered the next Monday 26th. My problem solve, excellent service and a successful repair to the electrical motion component to my rise and recline chair. Visited company with a walk in repair at 2.20pm departed 3.05pm on 13/09/2012 with completely refurbished component. Very efficient and helpful. Jacky had kept the part out of the stores in order to send it to me even quicker. On learning that a seven pin version (only the five pin version stocked)was required she sought out other suppliers for a seven pin version and this is to be delivered to me in the two days I had been very happy to accept.
