Excellent service all round from Marcus. My heating stopped working suddenly (including hot water) and I didn’t know what to do. Marcus came and immediately identified a leak, low water pressure and a problem with the boiler. Everything was fixed quickly and without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Marcus next time I have a problem.

Marcus has helped me with several jobs since moving into the area - I’ve always found him to be very professional and helpful. He recently helped remove and cap an old gas hob which was obstructing the installation of my new oven. He very kindly helped double check the measurements and position the new unit to check everything fitted okay. I would have no hesitation in recommending him!

Marcus was brilliant from the start. He was responsive, reliable, helpful and true to his word. He diagnosed a fault with the boiler when the hot water stopped working, which resulted from a leak. The boiler and connecting pipework was replaced. He was prompt and communicative throughout. Having dealt with many tradesmen which were no show or unreliable, I knew that finding a good gas and plumbing specialist like this was gold. Thankyou!
