Great service and no complaints about any of the staff. I am a nervous patient but was put at ease straight away.

Absolutely wonderful practice, have been several times for treatment and to see the hygienist, each time I was given detailed explanations as to what would be taking place, and every effort was made to ensure I was not in any pain or discomfort. The reception staff are wonderful, polite and friendly, best practice I have ever been to!!

Amazing experience. Receptionist are staff super helpful, polite and kind. When it come to appointments super accommodating, have always helped with re arranging. Never been put in a phone queue, always an answer straight away. Easy to park and get to. I’ve had 2 different dentists both lovely.

My friend and myself attended this Dental Healthcare Practice on the 23rd of June 2023 to be registered as new NHS patients. We were travelling there for the whole hour from Canterbury in hope to receive some welcome and reassurance. Instead there was no attention whatsoever - the receptionist even did not raise her head from the computer screen just sticking out a form to be filled without a single word. After such a “welcome” my friend just left without seeing a doctor.I proceeded to be seen by a doctor - there I received a similar “attention “ - the doctor even did not look at me, he was talking to me behind my back sitting at the computer. His voice was very loud - when I asked to speak quieter, he just started shouting. To be fair, the nurse was very good and supportive, as well as the other receptionist called Fiona, to whom I addressed with the request to change the doctor. Though, I think I will hardly return to this practice again. It is worth adding that the practice is situated on the first floor with an extremely steep stare case - a huge challenge for disabled and elderly patients.

Not had any treatment here yet, but have had a couple of check-ups since joining 2 1/2 years ago. So, worth knowing, no unnecessary work done, which has happened to me in the past! Very pleased to find an NHS practice then, and even rarer now. Receptionist and dental nurse both pleasant, happy souls.What teeth I have left are frail, so was relieved that dentist (Olu) didn't prod and tug, just looked. He confirmed all was OK with x rays which he showed me (thanks). This was also the first time I've had my tongue checked for oral cancer, which I appreciate, as I knew someone who died because their dentist didn't do this.

I travel from Essex to Gillingham, only for my appointments, at this dental practice because there brilliant, the staff are absolutely amazing, I find it very hard to believe the negative reviews I've read, it can only be down to one thing treat people with respect you get it back ,

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTSI am not one to make a complaint but I feel it is my duty to do so!I sent this to their complaints service:I am making a formal complaint after the service I received on the 28.11.2023 with the dentist, Fran.She did not take any x-rays of my tooth and said she could not see the crack in my filling. I questioned this and pointed to the crack, she proceeded to put fluoride gel on my tooth and couldn't do anything else as I was not her patient.As I was still in pain, I decided to call a private dentist and got myself an emergency appointment and was told my tooth is dead, my filling has 3 cracks in it and I have an abscess infection at the root of my tooth. If Fran had done her duty of care and took an x-ray she would have seen this and given me the help I need.I am completely appalled and disappointed by the service I received yesterday. Luckily, I have enough money to go private (TO ADD TO THIS I ONLY SPENT £49 FOR ANTIBIOTICS AND THE X-RAY) but if I didn't I would have continued with an abscess and a dead tooth.I am no longer a client of your clinic but I urge you to look into this and I believe Fran should be disciplined as abscess infections, if left untreated, can be fatal.I was completely failed as a client yesterday, do not let this happen again.

Had professional teeth whitening alongside my routine check up and hygienist appointment. The service was great especially the whitening, and the results were striking. I have been very happy with their service and recommend them highly.

Absolutely one of the bestMy children and I had used this Dental practice for about 3 years before moving of out the local area. Unfortunately, registered elsewhere which was a regret!!! I called up Dental health care practice Gillingham to re-register. This was done without delay and we were booked in. From the receptionist to the Dentist - Dr Aun and Rita the nurse were all pleasant and amazing. We were treated professionally. I will recommend.
