Excellent service, now my goto place for phone stuff

Took my Note20 ultra for screen replacement after dropping it, the guy at the counter was friendly and professional and was repaired in the time frame given (had to wait a couple extra days but thats weekends for you)The repair quality is a good as factory and I'd highly recommend this place.

My Wife went in to have a screen protector fitted to her new phone, they had one in stock which they fitted there and then. They were cheaper than another shop nearby and have also helped in the past. Would highly recommend.

Had brand new iPhone 11 repaired. All was fine for first few weeks so stupidly I got rid of the receipt. Then the touch screen started to scart out… first time it happened I went into the store to try and get it replaced as I thought it had stopped working completely but he wouldn’t do it as I’d lost my receipt… He just showed me how to reset it each time but then it Got worse and worse until it was unusable (Contsantly having to reset to do texts and stopped workig completely on way back from wales so had to buy a map rather than using my sat nav) and this was within two months tops! Now had it replaced at Timpsons and I’ll be keeping the receipt this time but this product shouldn’t have broken after only a few months.... EDIT: I have NEVER been paid for a review (Didn't even know this was a thing!) I had my young son with me at the time and popped out to the bank to get the £85 to pay for it as my apple pay wasn't working because my screen was smashed! I came back I think three / four weeks later and you said you didn't recognise me and maybe I got the wrong shop! With your distinctive, bright multi coloured frontage?? I don't think so! It was 100% your shop!! In fact I have now been in TWICE to your shop with a touch screen that wasn't working and you are still claiming I never went in!!! When I had it repaired, the guy at Timpson's who I explained everything to didn't even recognise the make of the touch screen! This review is VERY fair! I even admitted that it was partly my fault as I didn't keep the receipt! It's only a small amount extra to get it repaired at Timpsons folks so I would avoid! This screen should have lasted end of!

Took iPhone in for a complete new screen. Gentlemen doing the replacement took the time to fully explain the procedures involved and did a superb job. This business can also replace / repair items that would normally have to go back to Apple, which normally means a lot of hassle and expense. Well pleased with a good as new iPhone and even more delighted to know that a local business can provide a much better service than the manufacturer. A very good and honest service ... highly recommended

Shezz was very helpful. I took my Huawei phone in with a smashed screen. It was replaced the next day for £60. Very honest, good job. I would definitely go back, highly recommended.

Huge thanks gentleman. My Android phone was not charging. Phone was repaired in 3 days and although I enjoyed the digital detox now the phone charges and I can get photos etc into my laptop which I was not previously able to do even when it was charging previously. Much obliged, saved me buying a new phone and saved my old photos. 10/10

Very friendly chap. Did an iPhone X replacement screen for me in half hour. Looks great with new protector on so very happy plus all at a fair & reasonable cost. You could probably get cheaper on eBay/Amazon etc but is it worth packing it and sending it off for a few days, for a probably an inferior quality screen??. I would recommended this service to anyone.

Amazing service today! Went in to fix a charger port on my partners iphone 8, which I had a quote over the phone for. I ended up paying less, had a lovely chat and a free screen protector fitted! Amazing customer service!

Recently visited this store with a broken IPhone XS Max screen. The owner (I believe he is the owner) was very helpful and honest about the parts he had on offer. Opened my phone in front of me and replaced the screen in less than 10 mins. Unfortunately my phone seemed to have another issue and it was not compatibile with the screen. I had to return it the very same day but the gentleman was very understanding, tried helping me to rectify the issue and when all else failed immediately issued me a full refund. I was not happy that I had to be issued a refund as I was truly pleased with his friendly, efficient and professional service. I would definitely recommend Speedyfix Repairing Solution and will visit the store again if needed.
