My Wife contacted Arborcure as we had a tree in need of attention after a neigbour had hacked 50% of it off. They never turned up despite promising to do so, and so the tree has now fallen over with us left with the problem of sorting it out.

Spoke to John to arrange a quote to remove a tree he came out as agreed, he told me what he needed to do and how long it would take.He was very courteous and transparent with what he was telling me which put me at ease, I did go to other companies for quotes but they where not as transparent as John was.I decided To go with Arbocure and they came out yet again as agreed completed the job very professionally And at a very satisfactory standard with them leaving my garden in a tidy state. Not happy with the service I received from this business - needed two trees trimming, one looks good (hense 3 stars) but the other is much shorter than we agreed prior during the quote, very blunt and unnatural shape meaning we have to trim it even more to make it look natural. We specifically said that we wanted it a certain height to maintain privacy from neighbours which was completely ignored and now have an ugly tree with no privacy.

I cannot recommend enough! Every 2 weeks they come to cut the lawns without any prompting and are so very friendly and Efficient! Fantastic service from start to finish. Rang them on a Monday and they came out on the Wednesday to give a free quote. The tree reduction work carried out was to the highest standard and to my specification, plus there was not one leaf left behind. Very highly recommended Arborcure.

Excellent! They cut back a large unruly apple tree, made it into a lovely shape. They took great care. Chipped all the branched on site and left my garden super tidy. Very impressed.
