PCF put in fencing for me. 1 foot gravel boards with FeatherEdge fence panels. they took away the old fence, left everything very tidy, and fence is bloomin awesome. Well chuffed, thank you.

I booked a quote for some work in my garden for 1800. I got a call at 1810 to say they'd be 30 minutes late. I got another call at 1835 asking for directions as they were at another house on my street but couldn't find mine, clear directions were given (it's not hard to find and it's clearly signposted). From there I heard nothing back and tried calling twice with no answer. Called the next day from work and was told they couldn't find my house so called it a day then hung up on me. How they're in business with such a terrible attitude is beyond me.

I engaged PCF to remove an existing hedge and replace with a closed board fence with concrete posts. Quotation was competitive and work done to an excellent standard. I'm very satisfied with the result. Clear and professional communication throughout with all aspects of quote process and work done when they said they would do it. They were considerate throughout and checked with me on any decisions that arose during the work. Would recommend and happily use again.

Same experience as the guy above. They went to the wrong house and didn't look at the address I gave them then refused to continue on to my house 20mins away even though I had finished work early to get home as they insisted on no later than 4pm! Then they kept promising to come and quote and then not coming out. last communication was them promising I was priority and they would contact me to come out urgently. That was 3 weeks ago. I would avoid.
