Love the cookies but ordered a biscoff brownie and a biscoff brownie pot and was disappointed that it was a normal chocolate brownie with a drizzle of biscoff sauce and a small amount of crumbled biscuit on top, a little misleading as the brownie hasn’t actually got any lotus in it.

The cookies and bakes were beautifully presented. Was a bit disappointed as no dairy or egg free options were provided, the staff were not sure of what ingredients or allergens maybe present, all in all I found the service fell short for a premium bakery.

Stumbled across this place today when I was visiting Faversham. So many lovely bakes to choose from!! The kinder brookie was incredible and I’m so excited to try more as they have many locations across Kent! The staff were really friendly and welcoming too

Just amazing cookies , I used to have to go to Canterbury to get my milky bar cookie fix lol but so happy you guys are in Faversham now. I hope you can open a store in Westwood Cross
