Product ordered and arrived quickly and as described.

Good quality products and so bad delivery man attitude. I asked him to take the spindles inside, but he rudely turned around and left.

Worked here for 12 weeks was told my contact was ready, changed all my bills to monthly to be told there was no job for me,also expect you to work extra hours for single time.

The manager and staff were extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. I will be using this tyre fitting service again!

just had an oak and glass staircase fitted by Theresa Spinks. Not the pleasant experience we imagined we would have had. There are 2 reasons for this. Firstly and the main reason for this was the attitude and poor communication skills of the sales manager David McCourt. If this man is the face of Theresa Spinks then all i can say is WOW. They really need to have a long hard think about that. From the start David made us feel like it was all too much of a bother for him dealing with any enquiries from ourselves. In order to get any updates we would always have to be the one to contact him he would never keep us up to date with any developments and every time we spoke to him he gave the impression that we were bothering him. The joiner David Young however did a fantastic job and worked quietly and professionally. Once the oak was fitted we were told that the glass would probably be around 11 days. Given the times we are in we understood there may be delays however, three weeks later no sign of the glass and no word from sales manager David on an update of when the glass would be coming. Bear in mind we have grandchildren and the stairs without any glass were dangerous for them. When we spoke with David McCourt there was no apology for the delay just a curt response that the glass company don't hold on the the glass once it's made and so basically just be patient and get on with it!!! We eventually got a date which was about 6 weeks after the oak had been fitted unfortunately not suitable due to work commitments and so settled on another date which only to be told on the day that it would only be getting delivered not fitted and we were expected to have huge slabs of glass lying around until a fitter became available, ridiculous!. The glass did get fitted that day but only because i made a huge complaint about the overall experience. And so the second reason for this bad review is the overall time it took to have the staircase completed and safe for my grandchildren to come over without fear of a serious accident!!! Having said all that the staircase is lovely great quality product and very well fitted by the joiner mentioned earlier. So to sum up terrible customer service and attitude from sales manager (reason 2 stars knocked off review) , fantastic joiner and end product very pleased with (reason for 3 stars )but not good experience (long and drawn out) getting there. The staircase is lovely but I'm very disappointed with after sales. The quarter landing developed a couple of cracks, which is normal and after having to ring twice the carpenter eventually came out. Now been waiting for the polisher for just over four weeks. After four calls to Theresa Spinks, he eventually contacted us and said he would come last week, ringing the day before - he didn't call. I found the attitude of the staff puzzling - basically it's not our responsibility if he doesn't call and he is busy. That may be, but you've had over £6000 of my money and I expect better. I also asked for a call back from the MD who was away and that hasn't materialised either.

Just had staircase refurbed, we could not have asked for any better, initial measure was no problem, great advice and very helpful, date arranged for installation.On installation Mark could not have been more helpful, everything arrived on site, the refurb went without a hitch and you could see Mark took a great pride in his work. After the final polish we were left with an exceptional refurb.

Site was easy to use. Had an issue with the dispatch times, but eventually got the items I ordered and all is good.
