Blades Hair Design

My son is autistic and hates having his hair cut, he always sees Jane who is so kind to him and the rest of the ladies are really understanding. He is always accomodated at the very end of the day so its quieter. Thank you so much xx

Not sure why my experience was so much worse than everyone else's. My haircut took less time than the hairwash. Jessica didn't take any time to even check if my hair is even on both sides and I came home with left side longer than right, also back longer then front and I had to cut hair sticking out at home as missed off on the 2min haircut I was given. I had to point to hair sticking out few times while I was there as well. Just felt being treated like I do not deserve the same treatment as others.. Not sure why, possibly due to my accent or just bad hairdresser ? I could have asked my husband to cut my hair and he would made more effort. It's been 3 weeks now and hair still look terrible. I can't go to another hairdresser now as hair was also cut much shorter than asked for. The back is the length I wanted the front is shorter, this was to be a bob cut so not as planned. Very disappointed and upset as I could see that other customers got hairstyilis that cared and took their time. Never again. 2 stars as the hairwash was nice.

My wife and I always enjoy our visits. The hairdressers/stylists are most professional and listen to our requirements. Costs are competitive and there is a welcoming atmosphere.

All staff are really lovely and very accomodating.Jane, who cuts my Mum's and my hair, is very good. She asks you how you want your hair cutting and does it exactly how you want it. A very good stylist and very friendly.The salon is very good at changing appointments to suit if you have to change for any reason. Service with a smile from all staff.A great salon. Highly recommend.

Thank you for making my 8 year old daughter feel so special during her first ever visit to a proper hairdresser. Going from girly normal (albeit very thick!) hair to a stylishly layer short pixie cut could have been a challenge, but it’s been achieved with a flourish.

I’ve been going to Blades hair salon for a long time now and can honestly say the staff give you a very professional service, and I always receive great customer satisfaction.I also receive good advice on hair colour, tinting styling & cutting to ensure my hair is in good condition and well styled, it makes me feel good and confident in my appearance.A great staff Team.
