Don’t ever buy a vape from this shop even if they offer you a free one the worst customer service ever seen in my life since i bout the vape there is issue on it i have came 4 times to shop they always say we can’t do anything the machine it self not burning properly, leeking oil from the original pod alway feeling the oil in my mouth as i am drinking the oil. This shop in particular is the worst as the customer service always try to get away from returning any product on top of that very rude. Don’t buy from this shop buy from the brand it self online as they have warranty and they stick with it as they own the product.

As always with this place super friendly and knowledgeable with the world of vaping. Alex is the usual guy I deal with and he is a star with his service.

I meet just one member of staff, and she helped me with my first choice. Always was friendly and I am happy what I choose this store as first one. I strongly recommend for beginners and for experienced persons. Large choice of assortment for every taste. And I am sure that you will be helped with it.

I went in on Friday to buy some refillable pods for my Elfa vape pen and they wouldn’t serve me!! There’s a notice on the door stating that under 18’s can enter if they’re accompanied by an adult, which is why I went in with my 12 year old nephew and his friend. All they did was look at the array of vape pods in the cabinet. I’ve been in here previously on my own without an issue and the lady has served me, but today she was sat behind the counter, eating her lunch and didn’t back me up. The bloke who served me suggested that I left my nephew and his friend outside and proceeded to ask for there ID! Well they don’t have any ID and my nephew is several asthmatic, so there’s no way I’d be buying him vape pods. There’s no way, I would’ve left him and his friend outside either! They’re only 12. I tried to explain that the pods were for me and showed him my vape pen, but he still wouldn’t serve me. I work in a shop and there’s no way I would’ve treated a paying customer like this. I won’t be coming back again, after being left embarrassed. I’ll just stick to ordering them on Vape Superstore.

As a new vape user it was a bit of a mind field for me. But I was instantly put at ease by the very knowledgeable staff who sorted me out with what I needed. The customer service was 5 star especially the blue haired lady(sorry I I didn’t get your name) I will definitely be a regular customer. Thank you for helping me

First visit to this store was lush, second visit was a bit silly. I know that I look slightly younger than my age... But I'm 34 kinda clearly older than 25. I haven't been asked for ID in a long time, so thanks for the compliment, I guess.So I went to the other vape shop across the street - your loss there!

I've been to different vape shops in Bristol but this one has hands down always been the best store with the most friendliest and helpful staff they are always up for a good chat and helping you directing you the right way instead of just sale sale sale. It is now my no1 shop.

I was very disappointed in the service received yesterday. I’m a loyal customer and I went there with my father, there was a new person at the till that I haven’t seen before he said he’s name is Matt. I was speaking with my father in another language and Mat said that he has to ask for my id because we’re speaking a foreign language. I think his reasoning for asking me for the id just because I was speaking with my father in a different language is outrageous. People like this should not be allowed to work in customer service or be in contact with customers.
