Placed my first order recently. Nothing major . Wayne was a credit to the company. Wish all suppliers were that good.

Emailed to check stock.Had the replacement lenses cover for my welding helmet In.Got new gloves and very good selection and some quality Böhler rods.

I never do reviews, but these guys need to be reviewed for the benifit of other bunisses like me.I've been looking for a welding and tools supplier to change my business to for a few months, after the guys I'd been using and spending big with dropped off a cliff with their service. I tried a few of the bigger name suppliers online and found the service to be okay but nothing special. When I came across tec products and the guys (Dan and Wayne) I was pleasantly surprised to find not just great service and prices for all our business needs, but I'd go further and say they are the best and most professional company we've dealt with across the board.It's true that the messure of a business is how they perform when there's a problem and tec are phenomenal in that regard. Nothing is a problem for them and the issues we had with a piece of equipment were jumped on and rectified to more than our satisfaction without hesitation. I should point out that any problems we've had have not been of their causing but they owned the issues and fixed them anayway-- an attitude that is sadly very rare in business these days.I've given them 5 stars in this review and never has a company been more deserving. If you're an SME looking for an all around Engineering, garage, repair and maintenance-- equipment, consumables, ppe supplier then go to these guys, they are a business that will support yours and save you money doing it!

TEC Products is a Key Supplier to my business - SuperSkills Construction Training.They always offer a prompt and convenient service and are able to get items not in stock very quickly.The staff are helpful and well-informed about industry trends.Their prices are competitive and provide excellent value for money.

This was such a good experience when purchasing my new Fronius 23i.. From start to finish Wayne went through all my requirements offering good practical advice. Prices were very competitive and precise, it was good to see that everything was set out and detailed in the quotation. I arrived late Friday afternoon to pick up the system and was greeted with busy but very friendly staff. 100% for customer commitment. The attention to detail was refreshing and one of the best customer experiences for a long time.

Wayne is a great guy, very helpful, always happy to help and the guys have some well priced kit!! My go to for welding consumables! And if you ask nicely you might get a mug!

These girls, and guys, do go the extra mile for you ! Item I wanted was out of stock-but they sorted it from the supplier and got them to send it to me direct - saving at least a day ! Wasn't expensive to dort either ! Easy to recommend.
