I trained with Bella for a free 30 day trial. I really enjoyed the whole experience, from the initial consultation to the actual training sessions. Bella really cared about my goals and made sure I trained to the best of my ability. She showed me ways to improve my technique to enable me to make the most out of the exercises in my plan. Her infectious enthusiasm meant I looked forward to the sessions and putting in the work. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome class full of lots of variation and fun ways to exercise.I joined the Saturday morning class in February 2019 and since then I have gained so much confidence when exercising and I have picked up some really good tips from Annabelle. She is fantastic! She pushes me every week to do my best but at the same time listens to me when I say I am struggling with something . She will adapt and change parts of the class to suit you and she makes it really intense but fun! I come out of the session every week with a smile on my face because of the way it makes me feel, if you find it hard to workout on your own and motivate yourself... I would really recommend this class!I have lost over a stone since I have been coming to Annabelle's class and I feel great! Shes lovely and so is everyone who comes to her session. Get involved - you wont regret it!

I became a member of the UT Health Hub at the start of lockdown when my gym closed and found it to be a great programme that Liam tailored to my needs. The functionality of the online site was brilliant and the workouts were varied which made me look forward to doing them. I really enjoyed doing the workouts and I saw positive changes in my fitness levels and strength. Liam kept in regular contact with me during the programme and was very supportive and encouraging. The programme was just what I needed to keep up my training while gyms were closed and I would highly recommend it and am very grateful to Liam and the team.

For the past 30 days I have had training from Bella. She taught me how to undertake moves correctly so as not to injure myself and each move was dissected so that I was able to achieve the best results from each rep. Bella has been great; her energy and positive attitude enabled me to push myself during each session. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, not only because I could see an improvement in overall fitness and strength but I have learnt techniques which will aid me in my fitness journey and will enable me to progress further. The knowledge I have gained from these sessions has been invaluable. From what I've experienced and seen, the Urban Training team consist of highly motivated individuals who can push you to the next level not just physically but mentally. So for that reason I would definitely recommend them.

I cant recommend UT highly enough. Alex helped create a training plan for my first marathon. He took the time to analyse my strengths & weaknesses before creating a tailored plan involving a mixture of cardio workouts & core strengthening excercise. They have helped me set my marathon PB over the past 9 months,. I've never felt as fit as i do now and I feel I have really benefitted from a lack of injuries which I'm convinced is a result of their experience, care and guidance.UT is a friendly and encouraging environment in which to train. Great staff who genuinely care about clients goals and the best way of helping clients achieve them in an encouraging environment.Highly recommended

I trained with Liam and Alex over a couple of years and would recommend them to anyone. Their approach, and their professional attitude, is all centred around motivation and expertise. They genuinely care about their clients development and put so much effort into helping them identify and pursue their own goals. Every single session was relevant to training goals and was also so much fun, even the times I hated it, and i always left feeling great about myself! Whether you’re looking for a training programme or the full pt I cannot recommend urban enough!! I wish I hadn’t moved away from Birmingham or I’d still be training with them for sure!

I have been training with Annabelle for a few months now and I’m so glad I made the decision to start. She writes me a tailored programme to suit me and also pushes me to my limits! She listens to me and always adapts each session if I’m struggling. I have set goals with Annabelle that I thought I would never be able to achieve but she believes I can. I also attend the ‘Urban Active’ sessions on a Saturday which are super fun and you get to meet new people. I’m so excited to see where my training takes me and how far I can push myself to become a better stronger version of me.

Annabelle has helped me go from strength to strength in terms of weightlifting, cardio capacity and overall health (i’ve lost inches from my waist).In terms of health, I can now exercise a full hour without needing my inhaler at all, I can lift my body weight and also, have met a group of lovely and likeminded individuals along the way. Urban Training really provide you with a sense of community in their classes and PT sessions.The training from Annabelle is top notch and she always takes the time to understand exactly what you want/need as well as explaining every movement fully so you can perform it with good form. I have gained heaps of confidence in the gym from my PT sessions and would thoroughly recommend Annabelle to anyone (and I have sent a few friends her way who are now also training with her!). Nothing is too much trouble and I enjoyed every session.Just gutted I can’t continue the sessions as have moved out of the area!Take the step, you really won’t regret doing a PT session with Annabelle!

I first approached Liam in 2013 whilst I was training with another PT as I needed to build my endurance, stamina and strength and had seen how he trained himself, and the attention and effort he put into each and every client individually. We readily became friends and 6 years down the line, he is still standing patiently by me, meeting my ever changing training needs, giving me the time I need to recover, supporting me as both a friend and PT, and giving me the push I need each and every day. Would highly recommend Liam and the Urban Training team!!

I first met Phil two and a half years ago when he joined Pure Gym South in Wolverhampton. His classes are exciting and fun, and I have been attending them ever since.About a year ago, I also joined his private group sessions. Phil's classes are never the same, every time he comes up with something new and exciting. He is also really good at creating an incredible atmosphere for everyone attending. Phil tries to really focus on individual goals, from weight loss to gaining muscles.In order to get my body beach-body ready, I attended some 1-2-1 sessions with Phil. He really pushed my to my limits, and within 5 weeks I could notice the difference in my body shape. I received a lot of compliments on my body and I can only thank Phil for that.Phil is a very understanding person. He always makes sure that I work hard on every session and helps me believe that I can do more than I thought I could. Not only did he help me make my body stronger, but I also feel more confident than ever. I fully recommend Phil as a PT to anyone wanting to improve their body and fitness.
