Absolutely amazing experience with Infinity UK Cars. Was very helpful and honest when buying a car. Got a perfect 2012 Vauxhall corsa. Was very reassuring that they are under the AA warranty so I knew all would be OK if anything went wrong. When we noticed that there was no parcel shelf on the car Adam did not hesitate to order one straight to our house and when it happened to be the wrong one sorted it out swiftly and sent another.Cannot recommend more dealing with them, was very easy and felt I was in good hands.

In the advert and in discussions on the phone the car sounded just perfect. But after traveling 55 miles I found the car to be very poorly prepared with green moss and ingrained dirt evident on all the door rubbers, dirty water marks over all the glass, and no attempt to clean under the bonnet evident by the large amount of autumn leaves and dirt. If this is the amount of effort they make to prepare their cars visually, what do they not do that I can’t see, i.e. filters, oil change, etc? Additionally, and far more seriously in my book the advert stated full service history. According to the guys at Infinity a FSH is a small bundle of dog-eared receipts, old MOT’s and general paperwork. No service book was present. When I questioned this (as an sane car buyer would) I was repeatedly told this was the equivalent of a FSH and many people preferred to see receipts rather than a service book. I may be old fashioned but a FSH is a service book, fully stamped up at the appropriate intervals. Needless to say I did not purchase the vehicle and I advise anybody else to avoid these guys.

Bought a car from them in feb with a new mot. Within a month i had spent 1000 pound updating seats headunit etc. Took it in to a jeep dealer for a recall a month later to find numerous mot failures. Even took it took it to halfords autocentre for a second opinion. Same outcome of fails. Infinityukcarsltd wormed their way out of fixing the problem, blaming ASM autos MOT shop for it.The biggest problem is im still waiting for my service booklet 5months later. Excuse after excuse. Tbh if they just said they didnt have it and offered compensation, i would of excepted.Many recorded phone calls, txts, emails, i think its going to be a legal route if i dont here from infinityukcars ltd.

I recently bought an Audi A5 and was very impressed with the support and service at this place. Adam was a massive help, very friendly and patient. All of my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge and he went out of his way to provide me with a good experience.

A great experiance buying my car from here. The service was quick, the car was very clean, the engine sounds perfect which is usually my main issue when buying a car from any other place. Deffinetly the best car sale place I have been to. Very friendly staff especially Adam. In short words a place where you can trust the car and happy driving it.

You provided me with so much help, and for someone who does not know much about cars, I was very picky and asked many questions, but this lovely lad was more than helpful.
