Katherine came to fix my signal on my TV for me today. Katherine was very friendly, polite, experienced and efficient. She explained every step she went through and solved the faults. I would highly recommend using AKM Aerials. Thank you for a great service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Andy & Katherine. They diagnosed the problems with my TV reception quickly and fitted replacement cable and amplifier. They also moved the aerial to a safer and more convenient position. Many thanks, excellent service.

Katherine has fixed and installed aerials in a number of properties for me. I have always found her to be very professional and honest, and the work has been done to a high standard. I am happy to recommend AKM aerials, they always get back to me quickly and I have been very happy with all their work to date.

AKM recently installed Starlink for me and I was incredibly impressed and pleased with the experience. Katherine and Darren were very clear and concise on the installation process when they turned up, and the job they did was very clean and tidy. Katherine kindly helped with the setup of the system, and they both made a point of staying back until the connection was running at full speed to ensure I was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend AKM to anyone in the Calne/Swindon area.

***UPDATE***The company has now replied to my original review, over a year after I posted it, saying that it was me that was rude on the phone. I find it quite amazing that they could even remember this exact phone conversation after over a year! That tells you everything you need to know about this company. To disguise your own rude telephone behaviour as bullying from a customer asking for a quote is disgusting. Yes I mentioned that other companies had quoted far cheaper than they had but the company's response to that was appalling. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***Very rude. Wouldn't come out to give a quote, tried giving it the big sell then abruptly hung up when I told him I'd had other companies out to actually look at the work and they'd quoted cheaper!

Excellent service. Prompt and very reasonably priced. Replaced our worn out satellite dish so we could continue to watch Freesat. 5 star service would use again.

Moved into a new home and unable to tune TV’s. I found AKM on check-a-trade and after contacting them took some details and quoted for the work. Katherine and Darren identified the problem and resolved the issue quickly, made sure the TV’s were working prior to leaving. Very friendly and really helpful team.
