I ordered a flag here came on Saturday 3 days after delivery fast and high quality thanks

On Two different occasions l have ordered a Flag from Midland Flags and both occasions the flag did NOT arrive but they insisted that they were delivered, but they failed to give me everdence of delivery, they only offered me a tracking number which Royal mail did not recognise, so I was left with no proof of delivery, and they still insisted that I had received my order and closed my case, in other words it makes me look a litrarley a lier, which I am not. But under Amazon gerentee I have had one and expect another refund shortly.I will NEVER buy anything from Midland Flags again"!It's not a company that I will recommend!!"

If I could give them no stars I would, I ordered flags for the jubilee but despite their claim they didn’t send them out until 18th meanwhile I had to purchase them elsewhere due to the delay but also wanting them for a shop window display. I tried to cancel my order but it crossed with posting them but when I sent them back they claim not to have received them. I didn’t keep the post code part of the proof so they are refusing to refund nearly £60. This company operates with no morals so it’s the small claims court for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would.I ordered several flags and bunting for VE day last week, on the basis their website clearly stated their service was operating as normal, and there were no delays to dispatch or delivery (See attached image). I paid £12.99 for GUARANTEED next day delivery" which they advised as the best option (obviously) and which held the promise of same day dispatch for orders placed in the morning.it's now 5 days later and still no sign of my goods. They have disconnected their phones

Poor service, careless workers not much to say. Pretty much everyone waits about two weeks after paying for their order for it to even be put on a shelf so it can start the shipping process for the first time. They must feel like people will get what they paid for whenever them there get around to doing anything.

Great company with great flags! The parcel with the table flags arrived on time. Flags are of good quality and stand well. Wooden stands are especially beautiful. They are of very high quality and flawlessly executed. The only drawback is that in good light the flags are translucent. Overall, very happy with the purchase and recommend it to everyone!

Appalling... grandfather made quite a big order on 5th May, had an email for confirmation, had a statement from the bank 14th May stating that they had taken payment on the 6th May. 2 emails sent to them, no reply, tried calling a number for them and didn't go through. 17th May and they still haven't arrived and would have expected them to by now. Would either like the goods sent or a refund. Have now received on 20th.

I placed an order via your website on Sunday after checking all your delivery info. Since placing the order I have had no communication from you even though I have sent 2 emails filled in your online form sent a message via messenger and tried to phone numerous times including 6am this morning at all times the line is engaged. I have had no delivery note from DPD who you stat you use for courier delivery. It is now day 3 of the 1-2 day delivery you state that I paid extra for. I am completely disappointed.I had placed this order so I could surprise my husband- he is having to shield and has not been out the house for 7 weeks so thought it would be nice to honour his parents as well as all other veterans and decorate our drive and let him have afternoon tea on the drive seeing some of the outside worldSo I will say thank you for ruining that for me and himIf you couldn’t deliver you should have made everyone aware and message people backYour website still states if you ordered before midday on 05/05 and selected courier (which I did) it should arrive!Well no sight of that happening can even check with courier as no tracking numberTotal disgrace!
