Lorna has an incredible talent in finding the perfectly balanced PT session. Each session is always fun, varied, and motivational, but at the same time, hard work and results-driven. Lorna takes time to listen and understand your goals and makes sure each session is specific to you. She is optimistic and driven and genuinely cares about your progress and results. And the results are incredible! In a short time, I have made considerable gains in my physical and mental fitness. I cannot recommend Lorna highly enough, and if you are prepared to work hard, the results are remarkable. Thank you, Lorna.

Lorna is incredible at what she does. So knowledgeable and each personal training session is so fun it keeps me motivated and I'm never counting down the time like I have in the past. I look forward to our sessions and have already found that I am seeing massive results in only a few months. I am starting to get back my pre baby body, despite my child being nearly 3, Lorna is the only person to succeed in doing this and I have tried everything. I highly recommend!
