Honestly over the moon with the item and the service we received. The guy was only too happy to help me and was replying very late at night helping us and sending us designs to find what suited us best. We can't recommend Paul enough for his efficient, personalised, professional service.We needed very quickly two signs making for our flat. Paul bent over backwards to accommodate our order. He made the signs immediately, called us to clarify the detail, emailed us so we could preview them and personally delivered them to us on the same day, he totally understood the urgency for them. The signs are exactly what we hoped for.Thank you Paul so much we are so, so grateful.

Exceptional service. Paul really went above and beyond to get our signage made up and at short notice. He had issues with our digital file which he tried to rectify himself. Then, because of the size we asked for, had to think outside the box and make extra pieces, which he then scorched and glued to the board. The end result looks brilliant!

I ordered a plaque for the front door after researching the best options online. I was delighted with the communication from the point of order through to delivery and the quality of the brass plaque is excellent. We got our company name and logo on the plaque and it was executed perfectly. We are very pleased with the end result and the turnaround time was excellent for such a good quality bespoke product.
