I would not give this company any stars but had to give it a one its a disgrace of a company the staff aren't trained nor have they got any nvq training the don't know how to look after a service user with a certain illness all they do is sit around on there phones all the time they tell you about other service users which should be confidential they turn up when they want or don't turn up at all there is a lot of things I could say about this company but all I will say is go elsewhere they don't care about the service users all there bothered about is being on there phone texting one another there nice for a few week then when they get to know you they change I could put a lot more about this company but I won't but the way they spoke to my partner was uncalled for

1Homecare Have been caring for my Husband for over 12 Months.All the staff have always been caring and kind My Husband has Dementia and I like the way that they interact with him.I would highly recommend them.

They breach confidentiality and will tell you it is because a client is nagging the social workers and not care. If anything goes wrong where a dismissal is called for or a displinary meeting, they will not tell you what the meeting is regarding, they will dismiss you without investigation and instantly reports their carers and be against them immediately. Would have me working ridiculous times with ridiculous breaks in between and Did not provide proper training, as adequate training for using a hoist was apparently a 1 time demonstration. Will remove you from the system and lie and create false or misleading information to make themselves look innocent. Would not recommend

Very good and helpful people to work with no complaints

I receive support from this company several times a week and they genuinely care about my well-being and go the extra mile every time. The ladies who support me are caring and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble.

Am a new worker at 1 homecare bury. It's been 1 week since I've started. I have to say from training to support. They give you there 100 percent. I can see my future developing in 1homecare bury.

I’ve receive superb support from this company week in week out and they wholeheartedly care about my well-being and go the extra mile with my care needs. Right from the office admin staff to the ladies that support me show care and compassion and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I highly recommend this company, the service is amazing and the carers are lovely. This is honestly the best company that I have worked for
