A first class motorcycle dealers, great communication and I had my new leeway cruise 50cc in nardo grey delivered today perfectly packed covered in a large fleece to protect it and a a very competitive price compared to other dealers, well done to rob and the team at the scooter warehouse a credit to the motorcycle dealer industry.

Being a very large guy, I was seeking a Maxi Scooter 125cc. I didn’t want to pay the new cost. Secondhand in good condition would be fine.I gave the guys at Scooter Warehouse my budget. I understood that they don’t deal much in used machines but they promised to keep an eye out for something suitable.In less than a week they had sourced a 1 year old NECO Alex One Maxi Scooter with only 180 miles on the clock! It looked in mint condition like new. Just couldn’t believe my luck. Most importantly it was within my budget.Needless to say I bought it immediately.The guys kept it a few days for me so I could make arrangements to collect. They were so flexible with times and stuff and very kindly picked me up from the Railway Station, just after their normal closing time.The bike is just fantastic and drives so well.Scooter Warehouse demonstrated wonderful Customer Service. I totally and without reservation highly recommended their business. They clearly have vast experience in the trade, have a great attitude and fair pricing. They intelligently think about future business by treating customers so well. Quite frankly I would not shop anywhere else.Thank you Mark and Rob.

Rob is super helpful and responsive. My son had an accident on his 125 Lexmoto which required handlebar replacement. Rob was really helpful over the phone and, once they had the bike, it was repaired within the day. Full receipt given. Rob even went above and beyond and supplied a further quote a few weeks later to replace parts that were cosmetically damaged for evidence in an insurance claim. Great customer service!

This was my last bike, a Royal Enfield 500cc Clubman S Bullet so you can I was apprehensive about buying a 50cc Nico Abruzzi 65 (copy of early vespa !).Really pleased with the bike its great for what I need it for and fun.Saving me a fortune in parking and time in jams as I live in Brighton -Scooter warehouse were amazing and Rob couldn't be more helpful. I highly recommend them without hesitation to both experienced riders and anyone new to biking thinking of saving money on fuel/parking and having fun at the same time.

Purchased a 125 from here a year ago and had nothing but problems with it .. new to biking and they took advantage of this . was told I had to keep going there for services or would loose warranty, found out this wasn't true. Told they don’t give receipts for services and if I wanted one I had to pay extra. Services cost different amounts depending on who was working and only accepted cash. Had to keep paying extra for small repairs as things went wrong. And told items were not covered. Had belt and brakes replaced and then went to a different dealer who told me that these items were not replaced and they had to replace them showing me the old warn ones . Service history not logged on system so warranty was void without knowing.. paid out over £1000 in repairs over different dealers for a bike that’s is only 1 year old . Would recommend ... purchase at your own risk

Good company to deal with love my bike and fast delivery

We brought my partner a brand new 125cc scooter from here at the start of aug! Brilliant service when ordering and was practically delivered gift wrapped with a bow on. Aftercare however is atrocious! The first day the scooter was used we noticed one of the headlights was not working, we called the shop and were informed this was normal as there was a lower beam on one side of the bike? Whatever, it was not wired up correctly and a friend sorted it for me. A week after that the bike cut out when riding, we had a mechanic check the bike and was informed the fuel injector was not fitted correctly during manufacturing (I have a recipt for this) 4 times this has happened after a mechanic has managed to get it going again. we've had issues with the bike since day 1, the bike will randomly lose power, cut out at random times, its even caused the bike to come from under my partner which could have been fatal. The mechanic cannot find anything wrong with this bike to warrant this happening, New battery has been brought, new spark plug, oil change, gear oil! Etc etc my partner contacted the store who initially gave advice on things to check, which were, and all were in order. No garage wants to look at the bike as its Chinese (no one tells you that when you buy it, they act like a friendly family run business and for people who have never owned a bike you take their word) when calling the store back for help the guy was really arsey and basically said there's nothing we can do your warranty isn't valid as you didn't service it after 3000km, no sh%# sherlock! I'm not debating that, we have paid a mechanic numerous times, we have had RAC recovery to pick up and tow bike back because we have been sold a dud bike! In 12 weeks even without servicing there should not be this many issues. The store do not want to help us. I have all receipts saying bike is faulty, all RAC call outs info and my credit card company is now going to handle the dispute for our money back. Do not use this company, they sold us a faulty bike which we now have to scrap after 12 weeks because it doesn't work. Disgusting customer service, I'm hoping my credit card legal team can handle this for me!

Absolutely amazing service throughout, had to arrange Saturday delivery which was no problem for them. Scooter arrived in perfect condition on a pallet. Already taxed and registered. With some petrol so I could get straight out on it. Would 100% recommend these guys to everyone.
