Carpet Zone

We’ve had dozens of trades over past couple years while refurbing our new home and we had our fair share of bad trades and issues but these guys were one of the few where everything was done perfectly; no hassle, turned up when promised, excellent communication and checking what I wanted and how I wanted it. Will be using again for all future flooring.

Brilliant quality, wide range of carpets and hard flooring. Very skilful fitters. Everybody really friendly and helpful

Had a carpet fitted yesterday. When finished fitters went to van. Fitter A returned and started vacuuming. I noticed he had his shoes on. Problem was they were using French doors straight from garden to access room. I spoke to fitter B who said yes he should have taken his shoes off. Fitter B and I waited until fitter A had finished and I asked him why he was on my brand new carpet in dirty shoes. His reply was he had wiped his feet on a piece of old carpet. I asked where it was as the room was totally empty, he replied he had given it to fitter B. No he hadn't and fitter B looked horrified. Why lie and involve your colleague? I contacted Carpetzone as did fitter A however he omitted to mention the lie he told. All I received from Carpetzone was 'sorry' and was actually made to feel as if I shouldn't be complaining. As a consequence I cancelled another fitting job, though went ahead with another as had paid and likely not be given a refund.Fitter A is a grown man and should know better. Very disappointed but don't think Carpetzone particularly cared. Would never recommend nor use again. So much for using small independent local services.

Absolutely brilliant service in every perspective. Customer oriented staff, all ranges of carpets to suits anyone's budget, smooth clear process from choosing carpets till fitting & clearing all old carpets. David & Shane were really helpful in suggestions suitable to our budget and requirements. Fitters are great with years worth of experience. Left home neat and clean. Invoicing and Payments process is transparent with no discrepancies at later stage. I was highly recommended to Carpet Zone with someone within family and I will echo on that.

This is the 3rd time we have used Carpet Zone. Gavin totally understood we were on a budget and recommended accordingly. Paul and Alex fitted the carpets and vinyl flooring perfectly. They are obviously very experienced and were polite and helpful. The whole process was easy from start to finish, with no hidden costs.

Really impressed with these folks. The whole process was just completely hassle free. Friendly staff and fitters, a great range of carpets and very affordable carpets and installation.Installation was very prompt, nice friendly dudes straight in and out.Overall very impressed, can't stop walking on my new carpet to, the only thing now is my other carpets look naff in comparison, but I know where to come when it's time to upgrade!Cheers

Fitted stair carpet. Friendly helpful staff. Massive choice (almost too much!!) Fitted beautifully. Highly recommend.

Would 100% recommend carpet zone to anyone. We got recommended to them a few years back and purchased a new carpet for the stairs in our old house which we were super pleased with.Next time round, new house and we are frantically trying to finish off our nursery. We went back to them, the lady was so lovely helping me with colour and carpet types (best for cleaning etc!!) letting me take the samples home... Today they came to fit the carpet and the two nicest chaps arrived, and were done within 30 mins! I was particularly paranoid about if they would mark the freshly painted walls and skirting but I can honestly say there is not a single mark anywhere. And they were also lovely when I told them it was freshly painted! I must add too, than we had to change the fitting date and push it back - which they were totally fine about and really accommodating.10/10 - lovely people and amazing service. Also brilliant prices. A million times better than somewhere like SCS! X

An excellent company to deal with. I swear by CarpetZone as they have excellent customer skills and very competitive prices. Dave the owner is a lovely guy and all of his staff are all friendly and helpful. A special mention to Les and Paul for their hard work fitting my daughters carpets yesterday, they were ever so friendly and worked very hard. We will be back for our next carpets.
