Dave is a gem, he fixed the leaking problem in no time at all and explained everything as he was doing the job. A friendly disposition means you can really get along with Dave and he works methodically. Very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend him and price for the job was excellent, he beat lots of quotes that I had.

Dave arrived within half an hour of my initial phone call and immediately set about diagnosing and solving the problem (a leaking radiator valve) in a calm and methodical manner, talking me through every step. He also gave me some additional advice on how best to update my plumbing system to make it more resilient to similar issues in future. The price seemed reasonably competitive given that this was an emergency callout on Easter weekend. I hope I won't need to use an emergency plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be giving Dave another call.

Came home late on a Sunday evening to water pouring through the living room ceiling. Called the first listing for 'emergency plumber' I could find on Google and Dave showed up 30 minutes later.He quickly identified the issue as a crack in the upstairs toilet cistern and isolated the supply line. Booked us in for full replacement two days later and the job was complete in under an hour start to finish.The new pan is a good fit and he trimmed the waste pipe to ensure that the holes left in the linoleum and wall covering by the original pan base and cistern were fully covered, avoiding the need for me to redecorate the bathroom.Very friendly, knowledgeable old-school fellow, full of helpful advice, who I wouldn't hesitate to use again whether for an emergency situation or general pkumbing work.

Dave came out really quickly after we lost water supply on Sunday night.
