Most disappointing. We have followed the Pilgrim Fathers trail and this was to be the icing on the cake. So little to see compared to the Bassetlaw museum in Retford. The staff didn't appear to care whether we were there or not. Don't know what gift shop was referred to in a previous review. We had travelled over an hour to see this. Time and petrol wasted.

This place is like a Tardis. As well as being home to the tourist information centre, and museum it is a stunning historical building in its own right.Built in the 1390, when Boston as a trading power was second only to London. Stunning features, especially the upstairs room.Entrance is free and well worth the visit.

It was shui although notice on gate said it was open! Presumably it was closed because of coronavirus but there was no notice explaining this was the case. Wasted journey to Boston.
