Just picked up my new Peugeot 3008 today from Bristol Street Motors Peugeot (Barnstaple) today. A big thank you to Dean who guided me through the process and did it with consummate professionalism and good humour! Also after driving away I know that the service and support I will receive from Dean and the rest of the team will be excellent. Having a disability this peace of mind is just what I need. Thats why I have stayed with you for 11 years!

Professional and friendly from the first point of contact to completion of my sale, John Ashman was a delight to buy my used car from. I recently purchased a car from this dealership and the customer service was 2nd to none. I would like to give a special mention to the Sales Executive John who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. John sent 2 detailed videos of the car to myself prior to purchase and another video prior to the cars delivery. John gave a very detailed and helpful breakdown of the cars features and the whole experience was very smooth thanks to his expertise. I would also like to give a special mention to the brilliant after care service I received, John followed up to ensure I was happy with the car and even took the time to send back sunglasses that I left in my part exchange car. Superb overall service.

After having trouble at another dealer, I contacted Dean at roundswell Peugot to see if there was any way they could help me get an automatic. Dean and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for me, within hours they had found me a car, which is perfect in every way, and had it delivered within 8 weeks. I very rarely leave reviews but the excellent customer service we received from John recently definitely deserves commenting on. John made the car purchase and part exchange of our old car a breeze. He was immediately likeable, confident with his car and sales process knowledge and highly professional and went above and beyond to make the experience a smooth one. I recently purchased a car from this dealership. I can’t recommend the dealership high enough and in particular the sales executive John. He was friendly, polite, professional, efficient and had excellent knowledge on the product he was selling me. The whole experience was made stress free by John as he clearly explained each step and also each finance option available to me in an easy to understand way.
