Highly recommend the staff at Edge Leisure. In the course of the last year I've debated having a new pool, but after speaking to Paul I was sure that it was the right decision and that Edge were not only the most knowledgeable but were very competitive. The pool build went very smooth, the work is to a high standard and I'm super chuffed with the results. Thanks everyone at Edge

We had a large refit carried out by the team at Edge Leisure. The main work was done to a really high standard by Mat and the building team. However, communications is always difficult as the office take days to respond to email or phone messages (no mobile numbers were provided)..We should have been more aware at the start as, despite promises from Paul we never received the final quotation after some amendment to the original were agreed.Despite multiple requests and promises that they were coming with tile samples and alternatives after their proposed ones fell through, we had to source them ourselves as they were going to delay the project. If they were unable to do it they just needed to say upfront! (We agreed the original tile specs in October 2022 with them)The project was started in December 2022 and was due for completion in April. However as the pool liner was not ordered until the last minute and then the supplier had issues (that part was not Edge Leisure’s fault obviously ) it was done in July meaning we missed all of the Easter and May bank holidays to enjoy it.We did not believe that the pool liner from the manufacturer was up to standard in terms of the quality of the finish. We raised this and the response was it was within the manufacturers tolerances. We asked Paul as our account manger to come and see it and discuss it, but he refused saying it was not his job.We wrote to them 6 weeks ago, after they installed the pool liner saying that the job is not complete due to some cracked tiles and the beading around the edge coming away. Despite chasing multiple times we have had no response as to when they will come and fix it.It is a shame that a company who’s building team are very pleasant and do generally great work are let down by awful communication and seemingly an inability or unwillingness to see a job through.[Update] So it is now 6 months since the pool should have been finished and nearly 4 since we saw sight or sound of the team. We have attempted to correspond with them via phone but as usual no one answers. Each email on average takes between one and two weeks to get a reply. The replies promise someone will come but never give a date. They have said they will turn up if we promise to pay an outstanding amount afterwards and take down this review! However, unsurprisingly they have their information wrong regarding payments and we have demonstrated this. It is now over a week since our last response to them and it seems to have gone into a black hole once again.I am not normally one to write ranting reviews (this is my first), but I am so angry at their awful service that I felt an update was needed to warn prospective clients about them.
