Lovely brunch that came in less than 20 minutes at just the right temperature! The milkshakes were super yummy and I liked how nice and refreshing the waiters were. There's seating outdoors to enjoy the sun and ample space indoors as well. Recommend!

Food was nice, although needed sharper knives to cut through bread. Drinks were very small for the price. Felt very rushed at the end, bill was bought up before we had asked for it and staff constantly asking us if we was ready to pay even though there were plenty of spare tables. The rush to get us out spoiled the visit.

Really nice brunch with my husband today. Service was quick and the food was well presented and delicious. They also let me order off the weekday menu, as what I wanted wasn't on the weekend one.I had their smashed avocado toast, with halloumi.

I came here with my partner today to treat her for breakfast. I ordered the full american which was £17.00 excluding tea or coffee by the way. I thought to myself well surely the quality and portion must be worth the price, so why not give it a try.When the food arrived I was shocked and even more so after tasting the food. The pancakes tasted like they we're microwaved, the potatoe wedges just tasted very bland and the vegan bacon tasted like paper. Overall unfortunately the quality was catastrophic. My partner wasn't happy the way her eggs we're undercooked. In total the price came to almost £40 which is no where near worth it and very shockingly overpriced for the bad quality.I must admit the staff we're understanding and they even didn't agree with the quality. They did take the service charge off the bill although I still didn't think it was even worth the price I paid.

First time visiting, won't be the last. Food was delicious. Had the All American-3 pancakes, bacon, English sausage, 2 (fried) eggs and potatoes english style. Good portion size and very tasty. Service was friendly and food order cane quickly. 4 star only because we had to request coffees twice.

Fantastic brunch with family. Even though this popular restaurant was busy, we were warmly welcomed by Charlie and made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and all our questions about the variety of dishes were reassuringly answered.Four empty plates, were testament to a very enjoyable meal! Will definitely go back again soon.

I was visiting Chelmsford this weekend and stopped at The Breakfast Club on Saturday morning for a bite to eat.The restaurant has a funky 60's feel to it and the ambience was really pleasant. There's seating inside, on a small terrace, and out on the street, so you can pick your level of sun exposure (or protection from the rain). The staff were all relaxed and really friendly and the food was fantastic.As you might expect with a name like The Breakfast Club, they serve breakfast. All Day. As breakfast is the best meal of the day, this is a bit of a winner for me. We had the American Breakfast and Eggs Benedict, both excellent, and a pink chai latte - that was a new one for me - but my daughter loved it.There was an offer for a weekend boozy brunch. Its seems like something to try, but my schedule didn't allow .. this time.The Breakfast Club, like the song from the movie, don't you forget about me.""

Came here for the first time today for lunch with colleagues. It was quiet, but for a Tuesday not unexpected. The service was great and friendly with food/drinks brought out quickly. Everyone was pretty happy with their food. I ordered from the lunch deal which was £13 for a burger/burrito/sandwich with any side and a coke. I went for the buttermilk chicken burger with hash browns. The burger was decent but nothing special and felt like a lot of buttermilk coating compared to chicken. The hash browns were great however.Would recommend a visit if you haven't been, and I'd be intrigued to try some other dishes in the future.

This was a nice, quiet little place to visit. Good portion of food with the meals and good drink options, there is also a bar available. The eggs they use are very yellow as it says on their menu. Food stops an hour before closing. The only thing that let this place down was the fact that a service charge is automatically added - as it was our first time here, we didn't know this was the case and you would feel out of place asking them to take this off - this is an American thing to do. This should be an option to add - something most people are happy to do with good service - rather than take it off.
