Great place for kids and parents. Stuff is very kind and happy to help.We had Bday party there and our host was amazing and very helpful.You can get also food there. It's very tidy.My little one loves it and we go there very often.

I am writing this whilst here ( there) with my grandchildren. At reception we were presented with an incredibly helpful, patient ,and professional girl named Ellie. We had made some on line booking mistakes. Ellie corrected then and sorted. Unfortunately , not all was good after that . Over 25 mins in a que at the cafe . 1 person half serving. Tables filthy ,had to ask for it to be cleared . When eventually served ,the guy was at the till biting his nails avidly with one hand and the other punching in the numbers with one finger. No one ( staff management wise ) cares . I was told when I quipped to a person dressed in black are you short staffed ?" The reply was . "It is peak time . What do you expect ? "I am honestly not impressed. On the up side . The grandchildren enjoyed it."

Great place for kids and adults. We've been here many times, for birthday parties and just as hoc.

Nice big area for kids to play, they have soft play for under 5’s. And jumpin for all the kids. Kids enjoyed lot with some nice pizza as snack. Really loved it.

A range of new equipment and seating for spectators (a welcome improvement). Nice bright atmosphere, much cleaner too. And strangely, wasn’t as busy as was expecting which was great!Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

My 4 year old son and I absolutely love this place! I always struggle to get him to leave when it’s time to go. He loves it so much he’s asked if he can have his up-coming birthday party there, which I must say is very reasonably priced. It’s a great way for us to spend some quality time together and burn off some energy. The place is always very clean and the staff are fantastic, especially Noel who couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t recommend this venue highly enough. If you haven’t been yet make sure you check out this hidden gem! We love Jump In!

Great venue. The Soft play has lots to do, the green slide is fast and fun. There are plenty of trampolines to use and lots of mini areas to explore. Did not use the café but saw it had a good range of items. Would recommend!

Great time today atJump in Camberley. Friendly attentive staff at counter and on the trampolines. When we asked when the wipeout would be operating they immediately opened it up for us with a smile. The staff on the trampoline closely watched the kids to check for safe behaviour and interacted with them. All round great service.

We have been to Jump on so many occasions and we’ve had birthday parties there. It’s always been a fun experience. We visited over the weekend and sadly it wasn’t up to par. The staff were very strict with the kids. Giving my eldest son 2 strikes for not doing anything, it was actually my youngest son who was running. It seems like everything you do there now is not allowed. I witness the two members of staff giving kids “strikes” and asking them to leave. In my opinion no child was behaving badly. But not long after the telling off the member of staff then did a back flip after telling the kids not to do it. I am 100% behind keeping safe and keeping the kids happy. But this was on another level. We spent a lot of money to go and sadly we won’t be back in a rush.

Absolutely shocking.Our host was missing most of the time,had to ask for refreshments which were apart of our package the table that we went to was dirty. We had to ask when the jump finished and round up all the children and guide everyone down. The food was good,while in the party we were rushed by the host. There was two parties one after the other another host was rude to my child. We then got asked to get ready as there is another party taking over our table in 3 mins. I spoke to the manager and they offered me a free jump but I have paid good money for a service that was not provided. They had over booked parties and rushed us through. Very upsetting.
