Great selection of books! Brought my children to pick out something new to read. They all found books they hadn't seen before. There's nothing quite like browsing in a proper bookshop! Staff were very friendly.

I love it here. The bookshop caters to all ages. My teenage son loves the Manga selection. The Cafe is tucked away at the back and is perfect to grab breakfast or afternoon tea and just read.

Great Waterstones. Always friendly staff and now has its own cafe.I am guessing the cafe has its one listing. The only reason I am giving 4/5 is due to the size of this store. It's just not the biggest Waterstones I've seen. The one in Brighton is over about 4 floors I think and has a cafe. But this is still a great store.

Well... upon entering this book shop (may I add I don't ever go into one ) I made my way t the counter. It is quite dark inside also. There was a chap mak8jg his way to the counter and so I followed him and waited my turn with my child. Meanwhile I could see other people starting to omgregate from the other side. The chap asked a question and I moved forward to ask mine. The lady said sorry I served the man

Great bookshop with integrated coffee shop. I was searching for an autobiography and was able to order one for Christopher Lee for £20, unfortunately it could take a few weeks to arrive, but the staff were very helpful.

I had a book voucher that I couldn't use online with my usual retailer so went to Waterstones. The ordering was simple (I took a list) and within four days I had emails confirming each book had arrived. I then popped down, gave my surname and collected the books within a couple of minutes. This is a well oiled machine- thank you Waterstones :)

A lot of selection on books but more expensive compared to the supermarkets and amazon. Sadly only one person on the till who was having a long conversation over products another customer was having. After a few minutes we left as who knows how long it would have taken to help. Nothing against the member of staff who was helping but could have done with more staff

Always love Waterstones. A nice place to visit out of of thr crowds of people and always a nice ambiance. We did buy a book and had a little discount on the item. So win win win
