Lovely friendly staff - signposting to their actual office in Quedgeley could be improved, plus the ability to be able to hold appointments outside 'normal' office hours of 9 till 5 or at weekends.

The team was very helpful and made buying my first home very easy. Kirsty was always happy to answer my questions and was very polite. I'm very happy with my new home and would recommend Michael Tuck.

The agents at Michael Tuck were very easy to get a hold of, very responsive and helpful with all my queries. The team was very friendly and supportive, I am not very good with names but everyone i have spoken to or dealt with was exceptionally nice and polite. Would very much recommend their service. Having had a couple of bad experiences previously with Taylors, Michael Tuck’s were like a breath of fresh air. They kept us in the loop throughout the purchase of our beautiful new Matthews’ home. The quality of the house is the best we have seen from the new builds that we have seen. The fixtures and fitting aren’t cheap tat, like the ones we had at our previous home in Kingsway.
