Very rude reception waiting 1 hours refused. No appointment after waiting 1 year not registered the only advised call 111 .

Do not use. Two cancelled appointments in the last two weeks with no notification and no apology.Reception staff knew there was an issue with cancellation notification system but didn't do anything to manually cancel appointment.Two wasted trips with young kids, not impressed. Will be finding another dentist asap.

Tried ringing at 8am on a Friday morning when they open to book an appointment before going to work, even after 20 minutes it was still the same phone message saying their closed and don't open until 8am.
