Our son has come on leaps and bounds both in his physical abilities and his confidence.Jo has gone above and beyond during the lockdown pandemic moving to daily zoom classes to ensure all the students had accessibility and the ability to continue with their fitness and development.Thank you so much for all your effort during this time.

Absolutely fantastic what they have achieved using these classes.The instructor has worked hard during lockdown to continue to give lessons and my children have achieved two more belts.The dedication the instructor has and her team is really inspiring.My children have so much more confidence than two years ago,fantastic!Highly recommended!

The woman that runs this jo copeland has to be one of the most untrustworthy people I've ever met I let her into my family's lives and trusted her to teach my kids karate but turns out she wanted more had ulteria motives she set out to take my wife and succeeded with a 3 month long affair I trusted this woman and she was coming to my house during the pandemic to give my children gifts while I was there being all friendly while all along having an affair and tearing a family apart I read all the details on a mobile device so know what happened I don't think this person should be trusted to work with family's if this is what she thinks is acceptable behaviour

Jo is a fantastic teacher. I passed my black belt at the age of 50. I never thought it would be possible, but Jo was so professional and supportive.

The instructor jo is extremely professional. My fitness level has improved loads. I also learned self defence, which improved my confidence and my strength. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE 10/10.
