Self service checkouts never work properly and in fact today (08/07/2024) none of them were working and only 2 maned checkouts were working and for a busy Saturday a very long wait, I think in general the whole store is a shambles.

Good selection of food and friendly helpful staff BUT the prices are much higher in general than their Shanklin Branch. We have always been penalized by this Pier Street Branch whoever has owned it in the past too.

Cash machine inside. Very big store and stores a big range of products. The store is clean and well stocked. Had to ask staff for a product and they were courteous and super helpful. Location is at a junction and limited street parking around.

Dates on the food always seem to be super short. Which only means you have to go back a couple days later and stock up. What would cost you 50 pounds in Newport or shanklin, will cost you about 80-90 in ventnor coop.... Overpriced food. Not to mention the fruit and veg is never fresh and goes off after a day.

Although fairly small store it has plenty of variety if goods. Aisles accommodate 2 trolleys with no space in between them. Staff are helpful .Has all of the basics you need. Their Jersey potatoes have an excellent taste.Good value for money.They do deliver..

very bad unprofessional service the old lady who served me was very unpleasant if it wasn't for the only shop nearby I would leave right away, I do not recommend I will shop there again !!!!!

Horrible service. Seems that no one actively working in the shop. Shopped during non-peak hours - literally more staff in than customers in the shop. Had to wait for more than 15min at the check out for assistance. Made me missed my bus. Had to wait for another half an hour.

Good range of everything you could possibly need for all your day to day household needs plus treats, all at reasonable prices which is great for local people & holidaymakers alike.I did find service very slow tonight as one poor lady was all on her own with a massive queue to serve, fortunately I did find this store has self serve machines whilst waiting, so I got out of the queue & was able to serve myself, fantastic!
