Had a fantastic experience with Lisa at the East Midlands Watchstation Outlet. Really friendly. Pointed us in the right direction of the kind of watch we wanted and then left us to browse, periodically checking on us. Chuffed with our purchase. Great experience in store with Alison on Sunday 26th August she was very accommodating and super patient with my 11 year old who was treating himself to his first big purchase with some money he’d received from his Gran, she helped go through his options regarding sizes and straps etc and put absolutely no pressure on him at all! Left with one super happy 11 year old and even mum made a sneaky purchase too so happy days, she’s a credit to the store!

Shopping at the Watch Station today at the East Midlands Outlet I was helped by Alison who showed me some of the fantastic Black Friday offers which led me to purchase two new Diesel watches which she also removed some links on one so it fitted perfectly . Excellent customer service and all round great shopping experience.
