Tyrone and his team of fitters as well as his lovely and super efficient office manager Lena, have ben excellent from initial contact and advice on carpet to eventual installation. Could not be happier with my purchase of Westex carpet and when you spend this amount on quality carpet for your home you need top professionals to lay it. they managed this beautifully and with no join, which 2 other firms said we needed. As a result I have a seamless carpet running through stairs and landing. Top notch company, they really are superb.

Really impressed with the service from Carpet master of london. Helping us through all options from beginning to end Tayron was always on hand to provide advice to help us get the best deal I believe we could have got. His quote was significantly less than the other high street carpet shops. Proper good job at an extremely competitive price. Recommend.Helpful?

Local company using local fitters with great contacts and super helpful. Tyrone and Ian gave me great advice and got me a carpet fitted in two rooms at short notice within 3 days! Everything from the advice to the service to the actual fitting was a dream, on time, high quality product and with a really reasonable price. Best carpet service I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I always try to use local companys whenever I can. So had a look around a few places near to our new house. We saw their roadside sign and thought we'd have a look. We were quite impressed with Ian who was working there. So much so a couple of days later we went and ordered the carpets for our bedrooms landing and stairs. We told then we were on a tight deadline to move back I to our house after renovations and Carpet Masters delivered. We are so happy with the new carpets. The whole company from the sales team to the fitters are outstanding.
