The Sketchers shop at Chesire Oaks is great. Lots of choices but the staff definitely needs better service. My sister and I bought 3 pairs of shoes between us and I asked my sis to pay together as I wanted to go to another shop. The staff at the till refused to give us separate bags as she said all 3 pairs of shoes were paid on one receipt and can go into one bag. My sis informed her that one pair was for me and I will be going my separate way later so will have to hold my box without a bag. The staff refused to give us another bag and said it is against their company policy!! My sis offered to buy a separate bag but that too was not possible. I have never heard of such ridiculous company policy and the staff at the till was really unhelpful. I left the place feeling really upset. I did think about returning the shoes and then pay for them separately again just to get 3 bags, but I couldn't be bothered. Sketchers, if this is really your company policy then please look into this because any shop will give me or allow me to buy another bag especially since we spent more than £300 at the place!!

Just loads of wrong sizes and styles that didn't really work and virtually all memory foam inners, very very rare to find Goga Mat Go Run/Walk or a hiking boot type in here. If however you are looking for memory foam trainers then this is the place for you. The staff however are lovely and very helpful.

Really nice and organised shop, phenomenal staff! Sam was absolutely amazing with me as a picky customer, she helped me choosing what I needed and was so knowledgeable. Simply fantastic!

Came for sketchers for my lakes trip in 2 wks time. Wasn't disappointed got the style and colour i wanted for under 20 pound. Bargin as I'd have paid 54.00 if I'd have got them anywhere else.

This is super good brands for shoes.If you can buy from uk, I must say quality of shoes is too good.If you find some dicount and size and designMust buy this shoes.Foot is important, so can purchase shechers co. Shoes.Must buy.

Factory outlets just do not have the stock. You might find going into towns for a better array. Failing that buy on Amazon.
