Ready Steady Bounce

Awful experience, I don't know how they conduct themselves as a business. 5 hours late to drop off the bouncy castle, the bouncy castle itself was held together with duct tape and the door was ripped (potential choke hazard for children). They didn't call or pick up the bouncy castle when they said they would, they didn't answer emails or the phone. Left the bouncy castle on my property for days with no communication, and finally, days later I get a text message saying they will arrive in 20 minutes to pick it up. I don't always work from home. No honesty or integrity from the company, wouldn't recommend them, won't ever use them again.

Great product and service would highly recommend. We had overnight for my daughters 9th birthday.

Booked for my sons first birthday last Sunday got the confirmation email and then a call a few days before to let me know that although my booking time was for 11:30 that they would like to arrive at 9 am I agreed and waited for the day at 9 nobody had showed up 10 still no one so I thought maybe they will show up at the original booking time and I had tried to call about 15 times by then in a panic then still no one by 12 I’m still calling I had messaged at this point too we are now days later and still not even a call to say sorry I’m so angry honestly do yourself a favour and look at rikki rascals bouncy castles on Facebook instead he completely saved the day and showed up when ready steady bounce couldn’t be bothered clearly

This company is either a scam or completely unprofessional, I booked a bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday party. I paid the deposit and the instructions were to have the balance in cash available on the day which I did. I texted the company (Mr L Brindley) the day before to check all was fine, he confirmed all was good, on the day nobody arrived with the bouncy castle and he was ignoring all calls and text. He has not contacted me as of yet to let me know why he did not arrive or to return my deposit! AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE!

If I had the option to give zero stars then I would. We booked this company to provide a bouncy castle for my granddaughter's 5th Birthday party. We received our confirmation email and everything seemed fine. Only when we called them numerous times the day before to confirm delivery time etc and getting no reply to our voicemails/texts and emails did we start to worry. But heh, we had received our booking confirmation so everything should be fine!!! On the morning when we called and text them again and finally received a response via text saying that they had not received our booking did alarm bells ring. But they said that 'no problem - we can still deliver but it would be an hour or so later than the original booking time of 12:00pm'. We said Ok and waited and waited and waited. Needless to say they DID NOT SHOW UP!! I only wish I had checked the independent review sites before booking as they have done this to dozens of customers. My granddaughter was so upset and I will never forgive this company for ruining her day.

The most awful company. No contact or customer service. Let people down according to reviews. Other companies are having to save parties as they are continuously letting children down

I requested for a bouncy castle the evening before which I thought was absolutely impossible...I then stumbled across 'Ready Steady Bounce', they had the best service, came on time good customer service amazing prices, put the castle up in very quickly and would certainly be my 'run to'.Thankyou for your amazing services this week.

Communication following the booking was fine, but on the day they didn’t show up. Do not book. They are unreliable.When I frantically called around to other companies they already knew it was ready steady bounce because they are well known for this behaviour. I am shocked they would be no shows to children’s birthday parties. You have been warned!!!!

I would highly recommend ready steady bounce. The team were Friendly and efficient and had timely communications skills. I would use them again!! Thank you :)
