I got a quote from Dave months ago and kept him updated on progress of the refurb of the house. He came back for another look once some of the floor covering had been removed. He came again when the kitchen was being ripped out to work out a plan as to how we could level the kitchen diner to the same height and find a solution to matching the floor. He's just spent two weeks sanding almost the whole house. In the kitchen he bought maple boards to match with the existing boards and built it up to one height which looks like it's always been there. The rooms are much brighter as some of the boards were really dark (see before and after of the kitchen/diner) and the finish is amazing. He also did repairs along the way, fitted new boards and I went for gap fill in the lounge and hall which looks great. After the first day, I wasn't around and he sent me daily video updates each evening so I had no concerns at all. I'd seen lots of videos and pics of his work when I was getting quotes and Dave was definitely the right choice. It's a really high quality job and a stress free experience for me!

Dave is a very busy man, now I understand why. I had to wait nearly 3 months as he is so busy. Couldn't fault his work. He knows his job inside out. Great job. Highly recommend, worth getting in the queue. Top tip, Dave likes a strong cuppa and a chocolate fix, he is also a funny happy chap☺️

Dave gave us a quote, and showed us some photos of his work and talked us through how he works and we booked him in. He was very accommodating when our timing changed and although he is much in demand luckily managed to fit us in. Thanks Dave!He talked us through what he does and the products and tools he uses and explained how the floor would look before and after.Some of our boards are a different wood and he took time trying to make them look similar. He was very cheerful and frankly, entertaining. He did a really good job on the floor, it came up gleaming! I'm not sure the photos do it justice, but it has made the world of difference.Knowing how messy a job it can be, I was really surprised at how little dust there was too. We were really happy with the work that he did and he made us chuckle quite a bit too.It's important to know that he likes tea and coffee and he wasn't shy in telling me that he was disappointed that we didn't offer him more biscuits. ;-) Next time we'll get more biccies in.

Dave recently sanded my hall and stairs, very reasonable price for such a high standard of work. Dave was very friendly and professional. His work was very tidy and I was surprised he managed to repair the floor so well as it was very damaged before. Thank you Dave for doing such a great job.

David is a great chap and has an excellent approach to his work. Very reliable with his timing and quality of the job. We got him to sand the original boards in our house and we are really delighted with the work and finish. We highly recommend him. He's pretty busy and in demand but he's worth the wait for sure.

So pleased we went with Dave to sand our floors. Dave put so much time into working on our house a lot of hours and i couldn’t fault any of his work, the difference to our floors is amazing. Dave worked 10 hour days to get the job done. He's an easy guy to get along with and is trustworthy. He works alone. The job is priced fair and he won't try and take you to the cleaners. I would recomend him for your floor sanding and finishing jobs.

David is a very talented man, he loves his job and does everything that needs to be done to make your floor magnificent. He has very high-quality standards, and you need to book in advance.
