Awful. Supposed to feel like a nice experience but came out feeling that I wished I'd never walked in. One person in particular stands out who unfortunately did my hair, other staff were nice. Still reeling about it nearly 2 weeks later and hair feels so damaged. Doesn't warrant the star above. Advice to the owner, sort out the girls attitude problem, shouldn't be in service industry if you have no people skills. Lost valuable customer.

I took a chance with this hairdressers when I first moved to the area and now not only is it my go to place, I also can’t imagine going anywhere else. Sue has transformed my hair by educating me on my hair journey from what products to use to how to strengthen my hair. I love the feeling every time I leave the salon and my hair is so silky smooth. I always look forward to my appointments as I get a lovely head massage with my hair wash and feel brand new leaving. Sue is kind, attentive and caters everything I need to my style and most importantly my allergies. She checks everything for me, making me feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to all needing a gorgeous, fresh look!

Fantastic salon! Sue is an amazing stylist who pays close attention to detail and always maintains high quality standards. She's very good at choosing the perfect hair color and style that suits your look and she's also an expert at keeping your hair healthy.

Wow what an experience!I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in, Sue was amazing and gave me so many tips and advice to help with my hair thinning and psoriasis! It’s obvious she knows what she is doing and as someone who wears glasses the reassurance Sue gives by asking me to them back on and check the style as we went along was something I’ve never experienced before and gave me full confidence in the cut I was having! I just wish I found her salon 2 years ago when she took it over!Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back x

Absolutely the best in Chigwell. I go on a regular basis for root colour, blow dry and cut. The girls are so friendly and polite. Always informative when it comes to the best treatment for my hair! See you in a few weeks sue!!!

This hairdresser had clearly decided what I needed when I first got there. She paid absolutely no attention to what I asked for and actually did the complete opposite. I must have said 'I don't want it short' at least 20 times. All I wanted was the layers shorter particularly on the sides. I knew from the first snip with the scissors that she'd cut the back so short that there was no going back and all I wanted to do was get out of there.The result is I have a really short haircut I hate AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DIDN'T WANT and what little confidence I had is now gone to the point where I no longer want to go out. My hair is too short to change so all I can do is wait for it to grow out. I will never go back and I can only hope that this review will stop this from happening to someone else. There is no way this could possibly have been a misunderstanding, simply a case of her thinking she knew better

Nice staff, but unfortunately I have booked four appointments and been kept waiting over 20 minutes past my booking time every time. I don't get my hair done often as I don't get a lot of 'me' time, so to be stuck listening to loud music that I dislike and made late is not fun for me. Felt like I was not valued or important to them and the hairdressers have never apologized or explained the delays. Gave them four chances - won't be going back.

I’ve been coming to different shapes for the past 2 1/2 years and sue always does a fantastic job on my hair! When I first attended the salon my hair was in such a bad condition and with Sue’s advice I have managed to maintain my hair and she has made my hair in the best condition it has ever been in for a very long time!She is very professional and provides fantastic service each and every time I go!Would highly recommend!
