I called Robinsons regarding a Citroen Dispatch I saw online. FromThe moment I made my first call I felt very comfortable with the service provided. I first spoke to Dan who was very polite, he subsequently passed me to Pete who deals with the commercial side. Pete was very polite, professional and friendly, this was probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I’ve purchased a few in the past. Right through to handover of the vehicle the experience was smooth and Pete explained everything to me without cutting any corners and with such patience…It’s a great modern showroom and their coffee served by Dan is well worth a visit… I will certainly look to contact these guys again in the future if I decide to change my vehicle. Keep up the good work and thank you once again!

Excellent customer service from Citroen. Helen booked my car in, was very professional and made careful notes of the problem I was having. Very understanding. Reminder for appointment text and email received and also a telephone call from her updating me on the progress of the repair. On collection, Helen explained the work that had been carried out, and even escorted me back to my car. Thank you very much.

£205 for a minor service or what I call a very very minor service. Oil and oil filter, topped up the washer liquid and 75p for a DRN PLUG GAS? Car was cleaned which was nice and delivers an additional star. I was booked in for 10am for a while u wait service and that service was finished by half twelve (oil must drain super slow).

Good selection of well priced cars nicely presented. Staff were knowledgeable,polite and not pushy.If looking for a Citroen you could do worse than visiting here.

I bought the Citroen Dispatch from this dealership. I want to thank Adam, he gave me a little discount. The financing process went very smoothly. There was a tire advisory on the MOT, but they replaced it. It's been 4-5 days since I got the Van, and so far, I'm satisfied with everything. Of course, in sales, things are generally positive and pleasant. I hope I won't encounter any mechanical problems with the vehicle in the future because everything tends to get unpleasant once problems arise. Thanks again for everything.

Smart showroom. Very friendly service and efficient reception which was easy to arrange at my convenience. My car was serviced well within the estimated time and came with a vehicle health check video via email, which I found reassuring. The service price was fixed at a reasonable rate which included a valet on my car was nicely completed. Although located out of town with no public transport links nearby, I was offered a lift to and from my choice of drop off/pick up. Car hire is available, but not needed.

PLEASE READ AND AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.The incompetence of the mechanics and management at this dealership really are something to behold.My vehicle went into the workshop following an emissions fault and the vehicle going into a restricted driving mode.The vehicle was in its warranty period at the time of this fault. The manager Callum Lattimer-Rodgers informed there was an ablue sensor issue that caused this fault.Callum assured me the vehicle had been road tested and the issue had been resolved.I arrived to collect the vehicle and after collecting the keys, I failed to make it out of the forecourt before the light came back on.The vehicle went back into the workshop and after several more attempts failing to diagnose the issue, Callum informed the issue was a new fault and totally unrelated to the previous issue. (Even though the characteristics of the fault were exactly the same)Callum and his team of mechanics changed the turbo solenoid but this time it was not covered under warranty and Callum charged for the privilege.I collected the vehicle and the issue pretty much returned straight away leaving me stranded.The vehicle went back into the workshop and Callum then charged for a complete new turbo. I got the vehicle back and again, you guessed it... the fault returned almost straight away.The issue was then rediagnosed as a DPF issue. Callum charged for a DPF clean however, he would not carry out the works unless the Cambelt was changed.Forcefully both jobs were carried out at further expense and after getting the vehicle back, it broke down 2 days later.In total, Callum has had the vehicle for around 5 months on and off and through the vehicle being misdiagnosed many times, thousands of pounds have been spent and the vehicle remains in restricted driving mode and unroadworthy.I strongly believe Callum and his team of mechanics do not have a clue what the issue is. They are just replacing random parts as pure guesswork.The only people who have proffitted from this whole experience are Citroën and certainly not me as we are left out of pocket and without a vehicle for work.The vehicle is currently parked and cannot be used.Callum is very good at wriggling out of any sort of responsibility and instead of focusing on resolving the issue, he appears to use his time and energy formulating excuses why the problem is not his and why you should part with more of your hard earned money.At no point has Callum apologised or offered a refund for misdiagnosing / unnecessarily replacing parts and leaving us out of pocket.I should also add, as a business, we own 6 of the same vehicles and all have suffered with similar issues.I strongly advise no one purchases a vehicle from this Citroën dealership as their vehicles are not built to last and when they do run into problems, the mechanics are clueless and backed up by Callum to cover up their incompetence.The place is a shambles.
