Not happy with the customer service of this company and unprofessional at times1. Took them 2/3 times to find the paper work with my order even questioning the name on the order2. Carpet actually came in yesterday but never bothered to contact me and had to chase them up3. Delivery Driver asking for payment for delivery normally £35 but I’ll do it for £20 we was clearly told it was in the price i paid!4 Your delivery Driver stepping on my brand new worktops that was on the floor clearly told to watch on the floor5 Brought the carpet in one big massive roll most definitely could been brought to us in two parts as they had the measurements

Excellent family business. Friendly personal service. They did our carpets and Karndean flooring 8 years ago, and now we are coming back for our new loft carpets. They are so knowledgable about their business and the range of products is great - it's like alladin's cave!I have recommended it to friends who have not been disappointed!

I called this company for a quote to supply and fit laminate flooring - I was called back promptly - the first time was quoted £21 to supply and £25 per square metre to supply and fit. I then asked for a total price to include damp proof membrane and beading as well and price shot up to £46 - £50 per square metre! When I asked him if that was the best price he could do (bear in mind the quoted price just practically doubled between phone calls) he became very unhelpful and said “you want me to take £500 off the cost?” I said “well, I’m wondering if we could use different underlay, or something, but essentially, yes?” He said he couldn’t. I replied that it was ok but that if there was no wiggle room because the price was so far over my budget I’d probably have to rule them out. He said “Rule us out then, we’re busy anyway” and hung up on me!I’d not recommend this company based on my experience. Politeness costs nothing, and honestly with unpleasantness like that they didn’t come over as professional at all. (Not to mention at least one of the quoted prices he gave me must have been wrong for the price to jump up like that!).

Called in here to enquire about prices for fitted carpets.Very helpful lady gave me information I needed and arranged date for measuring up.

I brought carpet from them and we had a deal that they will fitted for me as well. Two blokes turned up to fit it both of them were rude to my family start swearing at my dad and left. 10 minutes later they dropped off the carpet by the front door and left.

Nice people. They are really helpful. Lot better then the big shops.
