I first went to Ben with problems in my calf and also my some foot pain. Not only has he resolved these issues but he's also helped with other underlying issues I didn't know that were hindering my training.Ben is friendly, helpful and I now go every month to have a massage to keep injury at bay and keep my muscles in good shape

He has a caring and sympathetic nature and I can say without a doubt that he has improved my issue to the point where I am pain free and my mobility has improved incredibly!!! I have been using Ben now for quite a while for a knee injury that was causing me major problems for the last several years. I find him very professional and knowledgeable and genuinely a nice guy. I hardly suffer with my knee at all now. I highly recommend Ben to anyone.

I’d had a lot of trouble with my shoulder. Within 3 weeks we’d booked in sessions and had sorted the problem.Great guy who goes above and beyond to provide a great service. Ben is very knowledgeable and really makes you feel at ease. I'd never been for a sports massage before but Ben made sure I was comfortable and told me what he was doing throughout and how it would help/benefit me and the results showed for themselves as I felt great afterwards

Ben is fantastic! He is so friendly and knows his stuff! He helped me a great deal with plantar fasciitis condition and problems with my calves! If honest out of all the specialists I have seen about my injuries, Ben has been the only one that had stopped the burning pain in my feet and put me on the road to recovery!
