Recently used this company following some damage to my roof. Very professional from the outset and clear in their communications. Work completely in a timely manner and for a competitive price. Top service all round, would highly recommend using them for any roofing needs.

Our house is more than 200 years old, and can be a bit of a money pit! A leaking chimney stack had been driving us and the previous owners mad for over 30 years, with about every roofer in Fife defeated by it (and stupid money thrown at it.) That’s until Andrew Macfarlane took it on - not a drip ever since, and that was over 5 years ago. Now I won’t go anywhere else. Our ancient roof loses tiles for fun, but I can rely on Fraser to come out at short notice to get everything weather proof again. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing roof work done, Fraser and Andrew are friendly, trustworthy and reliable. The most recent job we had then out to proved to be smaller than they’d expected (a miracle for this house where usually the opposite is true!) and as a result our bill was actually revised DOWN, from its already very reasonable rate. Top lads all round.

My roof had clearly had a tougher winter than I'd realised and after some torrential rain there was a substantial leak. Even though it was 3rd January and Fraser would be likely catching up from New Year, Fraser called and said he'd go right over and have a look. Short time later Fraser called and provided me photos of missing tiles and then arranged to fix the issue the same day. Brilliant service, providing peace of mind in period of inclement weather.

Fraser was very friendly and professional. He was quick to respond and punctual. Identified the problem with my roof/pointing and carried out the repairs to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Within 24 hours of calling about a potential roof leak, the problem was diagnosed and fixed; not an easy job considering we have a 150 year old 3 story house. I strongly and thoroughly recommend Macfarlane Roofing.

Very happy with the service. Professional bunch of blokes who showed up on time each day. Kept me in the loop with what needed done and were upfront with costs/timings. Refreshing to have guys who were polite and didn’t chat nonsense. Would recommend if you want some guys to come in and get the job done.

Came across Fraser, fixing a neighbours house, asked him to have a look at our roof, as had tried to contact a few local companies, but nobody ever turned up. Fraser, came across and gave his early thoughts on possible repairs, agreed a time date to return. True to his word, kept in contact and turned up on time, and quickly repaired few small issues. Very quick and professional. I would definitely trust Fraser with any other roofing type jobs that happen to come up. Nice to get workmen that stick to doing what and when they say they will do things.
