Manic Bouncy Castles

Awful. She setup and started demanding for cash in hand. I was running late and guest asked her to wait 10 min but she kicked off. Within 2 min she went round asking guests in a nasty tone r u payin for it" guests were shocked with her behaviour.within 3 min she started to deflate the whole thing! Ruining my kids party.!when I got there we paid her cash and she barged out angrily yet we did nothing wrong! Then to our disgust the bouncy castle was filthy we had to clean the damn thing! Don't use them"

Recently used Manic Bouncy Castles for soft play for my daughters 1st birthday. Fab communication from Kim. Brilliant quality soft play and prompt set up and collection.

Disgusting, customer service absolutely awful, no manners, not professional at all. Was rude talking and asking for payment from guests instead of contacting the person who booked it, who was outside parking up.Instead of honouring a few more minutes she deflated the bouncy castle whilst the party was in full flow and made the kids so upset.Bouncy castle was dirty, had to scrub and desanitize the damn thing myself. Not a professional business, don't waste your money on these lot and believe the 1 star reviews which is the true picture of this dodgy lot. Keep away.In reply to the owner now: No! you did not wait 25 minutes for payment. Your defensive response confirms the lack of customer service and etiquette. Party was in full swing ie guests had all arrived and were waiting.

Absolutely brilliant company. Had a bouncy castle off them for the last 2 years for my daughters birthday party and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Kim & Team xx

We ordered some soft play for my sons party. They staff arrived a little early and set up on time. They was nice and polite and every was great

awful rude lady was screaming at guests in the car park and barging into the venue demanding money off the guests, she started deflating the bouncy castle 5 minutes after setting it up when the kids were trying to get on it, she was racist sayinf I was late paying because were coloured and the bouncy castle itself stunk of urine and was covered in dust we had to clean it ourselves she stunk of weed herself and was so unpleasant during the entire time she was there. Absolute nightmare of a women do not book this place so unprofessional and rude

Fab companyKim goes out of her way to make every occasion extra special. Covers so many things managed to book lots of things from one place so makes life alot easier. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.
