I would just like to say how great Doncaster Funeral Services were, from start to finish Stacey was Amazing and the speech and everything about my late wife’s cremation was perfect, she showed great compassion and understanding and supporting myself all the way through 10/10. I lost my baby in 2022 and had the worst experience with the hospital. My baby had passed away and for a further 6 months I carried her before the hospital removed her from my scar tissue. It was honestly the worst time in my whole life. 6 months later they called me to tell me they still had my baby in the freezer in Hull hospital I was in complete shock as this was never communicated and as far as I was aware when they removed the baby she was within a tumour so I thought they had already cremated her. This was a massive shock and I tried 8 different funeral places around Hull and Doncaster and nobody would help me. they all explained that because she didn't have a birth and death certificate this meant she couldn't be cremated. I was absolutely devastated until I spoke with MEL who was the most kind and sympathetic person I have ever come across. Even though it was her day off she continued to communicate with me trying her best to see if there was away around the issues. I am utterly touched and deeply thankful to her for being so kind and understanding. I have had the worst week of my life and it continued to get worse but Mel definitely made it easier especially being there for me to talk too. I am utterly grateful and she is a complete asset to this company. Thankyou for restoring my faith in humanity! You are one in a million!

Especially Mel & Stacey for give my Dad a lovely funeral service.Both where very respectful and could not do enough.I would highly recommend them to anyone.We didn't know where to begin when my Dad passed but Stacey and Mel both guided us, advised and listened to what we wanted.Thank you again.
