Absolutely disgusted.I went last Thursday for a check up and agreed to pay for a private filling £125. On Friday afternoon. The appointments were running an hour late. I was in the chair all of 5 minutes, my tooth was filled on the surface, with no drilling.Friday night I was up all night in agony and phoned the surgery Saturday morning. I was told I probably wouldn't see a dentist until at least Tuesday. I phoned dental line and got an emergency appointment at Canterbury hospital at 8 40pm. By this time it felt like I broke my jaw and my face was swollen. The dentist showed me the x-ray of my tooth and it had a deep root infection. It should have been filled properly with a root filling and I should of been given antibiotics. Monday I contacted the surgery again and was told the practice manager will contact me. I am still waiting. This morning I hand delivered a letter and said surely they are not going to leave me like this. I have heard nothing. Worst thing is I paid upfront for 4 sessions with the hygienist but I don't feel confident now. So my pain is still there. Absolutely unbelievable.Think I'm going to end up at hospital again for more antibiotics.I phoned dentist again and kept being told practice manager will get back to me.So hand delivered a letter and put it in the letter box, I heard nothing, so I went to the surgery and the practice manager was sitting at reception. I told her everything and she wasn't interested, I said about the letter and she laughed at me, saying o we never check the letter box.A visiting dentist from Essex took pity on me and x rayed my mouth, he issued more antibiotics to help ease the pain and infection.I was told to go back the next week to see the original dentist. He apologised for not noticing the infection and that it needed a root filling.I was told to come back the following week and see a higher qualified dentist to do the root filling. I went back and was very nervous but when I went in I was told once again how sorry he was but it appears he missed a small hole at the base of my tooth. I asked where's the dentist to do my filling, he said you will have to come back, she's busy. I actually lost my my temper and said what a joke, your still going to leave me like this. Apparently the other dentist might be able to fit me in later that day if I paid extra.I went to reception and asked all my money back, apparently they could only refund £65. That day. I am still waiting for the rest of my money, it's nearly a month.Since then have been issued antibiotics by my doctor and still trying to get my tooth sorted, also now have other complications due to not being treated properly.I have never had such a bad experience with dentist before.And can't say enough how rude and uncaring the practice managerial , to you point of starting a conversation with someone else while I was talking.

Staff on front desk are lovely very helpful but staff not so great I had a very loose back tooth taken out felt like I could have pulled it my self, dentist gave me 6 injections which I feel was not needed so I asked her to stop as it was so painful the tooth came out with a push it was that loose? my face was numb for 5-6 hours which Iv never experienced for that long after having a tooth out. They do not seem interested in fixing teeth only to pull them out they also didn’t offer me antibiotics on my first visit about another tooth which showed infection on my X-ray that was causing me terrible pain

Very Clean & Polished Place but it get confused to reach the Dental Practice. It should be in Minster Park on the Broadway. Near Abbey Hotel. The staff are very welcome!

Absolutely fantastic and lovely staff. They made me feel so welcomed and eased my anxiety x

Really a excellent dentist,All the staff are lovely and very professional.The only thing I would suggest is a sign with their name on near the main road with directions ,or mention (layzell ) when a patient calls.

Moved to here after my other dentist wouldn’t see me as it had been 2 years since my last check up. Quick and easy registration as a nhs patient. Managed to get an appointment the next day. Lovely spacious dental surgery, lovely reception staff and my dentist was so lovely and caring. I have had 2 fillings since and a hygienist appointment and I was really impressed. Would highly recommend. Definitely took any anxiety I had away.

I been there for my 3 years old, she absolutely loved it, Team was super friendly they didn't rush at all my daughter found it very easy and fun sitting in the dentist chair. Dentist Bhavi and Nurse Mary was so good I can definitely recommend them. If you got little ones best dental practise south cliff sheernes branch. Based on my recent experience I can say they got excellents dental team in every branch.

So far so good. Finally got an NHS dentist after searching for months. Had my first appointment here today, haven't been to a dentist in a few years. I needed three fillings. I was worried about it being painful, but it wasn't and I didn't have numbing injections either. Quick service, appointment time fitted around my schedule and the staff were friendly. Thank you!

So bad been waiting months to be seen so after 3 months I have to start again more money their sister practise done all my fillings etc hygenist a real lovely dentist so now gone elsewhere useless to say the least.
