The process of sorting out my part exchange, new car and all the associated paperwork was completed in a couple of hours and I was able to return home in the new car ready for work on Monday. Saw the car on Sunday and they had it ready for us by Thursday afternoon. Tiffany was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. When she found out that we were collecting it on my wife's birthday and the car was for her she made a very special effort which brought a tear to my wife's eye. We were very pleased with the deal from every aspect and would recommend Marshalls and Tiffany in particular to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Russ sent me photos and a video of the car and answered all my questions clearly and speedily. He took the initiative, had a very can do" attitude and I felt that I could trust him. Excellent service from initial contact with Marshall’s until we purchased the vehicle. Tiffany was in contact regularly and ensured the sale was as smooth as possible - she has since been in touch to see how things are going as well. We travelled down from Northern England (almost 3 hours) but we were pleased we did. Would recommend this lovely dealership - just only wish we lived closer for any future car purchases!

Purchased an Audi A5 couple months back, was told i would get another key as 1 provided was faulty, i sent several emails to the sales person who i dealt with (Dan) and he's decided to ignore all emails and not reply. I then went and called the company and explained, was told i would receive a call back the next day which they didnt bother to do.I guess once theyve sold the car theyre not bothered.
